Exchange & Returns

URGoddess reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Site and purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please allow us to respond within 1-2 working days, Monday to Sunday from 10 am - 6 pm.

i) Exchange & Returns Criteria

1. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, and with the tags intact.
2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving.
3. Items must be returned in their original plastic packaging; returns without the original packaging will be rejected. 
4. Exchanges and returns are only accepted for orders made directly from our webstore.
5. Exchange/return requests must be submitted by the original purchasing account.
6. Returns will strictly be refunded via store credits. Cash refunds are not permitted.
7. Store credits will strictly be credited only to the original purchasing account. Third-party exchange/return requests will not be processed.

9. Postage charges for exchange parcels are borne by the buyer.

ii) Exchange Procedure

1. To request an exchange, email sales@urgoddess.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Subject: Exchange Order (Your Order Number)
3. State the reason for exchange and provide any necessary details.
4. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
5. Await our confirmation before returning any parcel. Any lost mail will not be liable by us.

iii) Return Procedure

1. Email contactus@urgoddess.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return within 7 days from the date you receive the parcel.
2. Subject: Return Order (Your Order Number)
3. Await our confirmation before returning any parcel. We only accept returns via a courier with a valid tracking ID. We will not be liable for any lost mail.
4. After receiving confirmation, process the return parcel within the next 3 days.
5. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and ship them to the provided address.
6. Postage charges for return parcels are borne by the buyer.

iv) Sale Items and Promotional Period

1. Sale items and purchases made during promotional periods are eligible for exchange or store credits only.
2. Refunds are not available for sale items or purchases made with promotional discounts.

v) Wrong Item or Size

1. Email us at contactus@urgoddess.com with your order number and a snapshot of the invoice within 10 days from the date you received the item.
2. Exchange will only be done if the item is in its original condition with tags and original packaging.

vi) Defective Item

1. Kindly email contactus@urgoddess.com with snapshots of your order invoice and clear snapshots of the defect within 7 days from the date you received the item.
2. Exchange will only be done if the item is in its original condition with tags and original packaging.
3. Store credit will only be issued if the item ordered is no longer available.
